      <title>Error with billing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently received a refund for an earlier overpayment on my Sky Digital account. Unfortunately this was originally wrongly thought to be a payment I owed when in fact it was owed to me. As a result I'm being chased by CCS Collect for a payement of £52 WHICH I DO NOT OWE.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They require PROOF from you that my account is clear. The refund was made to my account a few days ago (£50.75).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2" color="#808080"&gt;[Removed]&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please resolve this issue quickly.&lt;/P&gt;
