Refund issue

To cut a long story short a sky complaint agent has applied a credit pon my account that I am not due. It seems the agent has totally misunderstood my complaint and duplicated a previous agents actions.

I will be contacting sky regarding an adjustment but I've been with them for over twenty years and the customer experience I have had recently is worst ever.

Your posts are really not clear.

You put in a complaint ?

Sky have applied a credit but will not refund it to you ?

Is this correct ?
