      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I am currently facing significant challenges with Sky after being entered into a new contract without my consent after accepting two months of Sky Sports and Movies from an engineer &amp;nbsp;visit to fix a fault.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Their process for escalation is continually blocked, making it difficult for customers to raise their concerns. &lt;FONT size="2" color="#808080"&gt;[Removed]&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
