&lt;P&gt;Their webpage fails all the time to allow queries.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is a very poor service.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;With such a large charge on your mobile to be paid, I'm not sure that my agreeing or disagreeing is going to be of any benefit to sorting out your situation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Sky allow for limiting out of contract phone charges, I would employ that immediately so it does not happen again. Long term I would suggest looking at moving to a sim only phone deal with an account that does not allow for additional charges e.g. with my Smarty 30 day contract, I cannot make calls outside of what I pay or incur roaming charges.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Put security on your phone, e.g. finger or face recogntion so your grand daughter or anyone else has access to your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are going to have to call Sky to see how that outstanding charge can be covered and if you have justifiable reason to dispute it...&amp;nbsp; by what you have written I am not hopeful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best of luck and let the forum know how you get on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
