Who have contacted if you ring Sky it automotive system it answers straight away the it what you want and eventually you will be put though to human and you should be able to explaine your problem it some times takes time but aventuy you will be answered in the mean time you get bmusix and message telling you howling the wait is. What ever you do don't just not pay you have to pay within certain time otherwise you service will be stopped and Sky will not speak to you until the bill is payed in full. I think you will find any way you will have to pay the present bill in full and a credit will be given on your next bill. That the way Sky works.

Sorry, your post is very confusing. Can you try to explain what you mean; what return charges and what returning address?
