I phoned up every month for 4 months now about my payment day and still once again av got a late charge fee that I was told I wouldn't get iam thinking of leave your service as had nothing but problem

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

How do you normally pay, direct debit or continuous card payment? Both of these methods should ensure your payment is made in a timely fashion.

We don't. As was pointed out in your original post we are customers here. You didn't answer the points myself and @caesarome raised a few weeks ago?
