Hi please can I discuss my payment for the early termination payment as I am on benefits and will struggle to pay the the amount in full with my ongoing sky package

As we are customers here only there is nothing we can do to say is that Sky are within their rights to apply this charge due to you leaving before your contract has finished so if you want to discuss or either them you will have to give them a call.

Call to see what they say but any discounted minimum term deal you negotiated was based on you paying the monthly charges for the entire 24 month period. Therefore Sky are well within their rights to hold you to the full early termination charges on the T's and C's you agreed to.
