My ex wife has attempted to change my account without my permission, I wish to change the billing to a more secure account - how do i do this??

@Daggah To make changes your ex must have access to your Sky account details.

First things to do would be to change your Sky ID online password and telephone password.

To be on the safe side I would also change your recovery email address to a different one so only you would have access to the reset email.
