      <description>Hi I tried to order sky glass, but for some reason my old broadband account is £1.50 in credit and it's asking me to pay this off before I can order any other product? Little confused over this , could someone please have a look Into this</description>

&lt;P&gt;Seems like you mean in &lt;U&gt;debit&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;not credit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You as a customer or even a former customer do not pay a credit off so what actually does this message say as it is up to Sky to refund the credit back to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
