Sky Rewards feedback

Why is it so hard to give feedback for Sky Rewards? The chatbot really didn't understand what I wanted to do and just kept going round in circles.

Looking in here there doesn't seem to be a suitable section either. I saw that someone suggested making a complaint but this doesn't fall into any of the categories you can complain about.

I just want to make a suggestion as getting fed up with rewards that I can't actually use. One small change would make things much easier

Initially it's about the Sainsbury's rewards. It would be great if people who have their shopping delivered could use them too.

I also don't have a Vue cinema near me but I doubt they would change that

The more people that can avail of the rewards the better
