      <description>&lt;P&gt;I left sky at the end of may, and posted the main and mini box back to you straight away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then noticed I have some money as a credit on my account, and want to know when I can expect to see this in my bank and not Sky's.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having read other conversations it states it can be upto 6 weeks from cancellation and the payment method still valid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is now nearly 8 weeks and I wont to know when I will receive what I am owed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is a &lt;STRONG&gt;customer led &lt;/STRONG&gt;discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Refunds are apparently taking longer than the usual 6 weeks from your last day of connection.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We can help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here if you wish. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You’ll have&lt;STRONG&gt; 48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within &lt;STRONG&gt;48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your response. But I shouldn't have to spend extra time contacting Sky to rectify this, it should be an automated process. Really poor customer service, it's as if they want to hold onto customers money. I nearly cancelled my DD for broadband at the time and wish I had in hindsight&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I agree, you shouldn't have to chase it up..&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Refunds should normally take about six weeks from the last day of connection but posts on here suggest it's regularly taking a bit longer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We used to escalate this to Sky on here via their Community Messaging Team (like I did for the original poster), but unfortunateky that process has been unavallable since the summer and we don't know when it'll return.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you don't want to wait you will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; either by calling, or initially through Sky Assistant or via social media, Providing your payment method is still active they should then be able to refund it in 3-5 WORKING days.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
