      <title>Non return charge</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky messed up my activation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was sent two pieces of equipment by their error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After activation I packaged one piece in the packaging supplied and printed off the return QR code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I gave this to my postman after he confirmed that he could accept it and that it was all in order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This return has been mishandled at your end and I now realise that I've been charged £67 on 13th November. This has to be resolved and I want this charge refunded.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
