&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Refunds should normally take about six weeks from the last day of connection but posts on here suggest it's regularly taking a bit longer but as you have already cancelled your payment method you will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent; either by calling, or initially through Sky Assistant or via social media.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;They can reinstate your payment method and reimburse in 3-5 working days or get a back office team to raise a cheque and post it to you which will take significantly longer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
