&lt;P&gt;If you're the account holder I'm afraid you are responsible for the return of loaned equipment or the subsequent non return fees.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It won't benefit your ex as the equipment won't work anyway. You could try asking the police to accompany you to the address whilst you collect the equipment. The police won't collect it for you. They'd only be there to prevent a breach of the peace.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Otherwise all you &amp;nbsp;can do is ask family or mutual friends to get the equipment for you to send back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello Ive been charges for not returning equipment. That h never had my ex partner had the equipment in her property and never returned it. Im not in contact with her and ive did ask her family to get her to send them back but she refused. Is there somthing we can do becuase i cant afford to pay thanks callum</description>
