      <description>&lt;P&gt;I terminated my broadband with Sky and moved to Vodafone in October.&amp;nbsp; The early termination fee has been paid and I am still waiting for the promised email showing payment and detailing that it is payment for early termination so that I can claim switchback credit from Vodafone.&amp;nbsp; I have checked my account and it shows payment on gthe PDF file but not what it is for.&amp;nbsp; I have repeatedly asked for a paper copy or email copy but still nothing.&amp;nbsp; I called Sky who told me a bill would be sent.&amp;nbsp; What do I have to do to femedy this it really is like pulling teeth.&amp;nbsp; Diamond Customer obviously mean nada!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Whatever is shown on the pdf is as good as you will get from Sky I'm afraid as they are known to not put "Early termination&amp;nbsp;charge" on that final bill for whatever reason.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
