    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Thanks for replying&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand how it works&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if I can upgrade online &amp;nbsp;I should be able to downgrade online&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regardless of the package&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I should have to speak to a sky rep on the phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it should be a two way street&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How is it that you can't upgrade upgrade online but if you want to downgrade you need to speak to a sky rep&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you can upgrade online line you should be able to downgrade . This needs to be raised at the highest level .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them.
