&lt;P&gt;While you might have made these manual payments you shouldn't have done because what you appear to have&amp;nbsp;done is to not pay the actual bill but instead add a credit to your account that you can leave in place so it is automatically used to part pay the next bill, or you can call Sky and request it be refunded but you can only do this when you do see this credit.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Going forward you do not and should not be making such payments as Sky should be able to take it automatically&amp;nbsp;from you via whatever payment method you have set up in your account.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Today I have paid both of my bills of £22 and £15 now I have just had a email saying I've not paid the one for £22 and that I am being chargednfornitnon my next months bill !! &amp;nbsp;when I clearly have a bank statement that I've paid it I'm furious this isn't the first time this has happened youse took double payments of me when I first got set up with youse if this doesn't get sorted I'll be leaving sky full stop and you won't be getting another penny out of me I am single mum of 2 young children and youse are scamming me for more and more money when I'm struggling as it is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
