@Bibster- Sky don't routinely use email as a means of inward contact. I believe there's an email address in your contract, to which you might, or might not get a response. I'd recommend calling or using live chat.

Sky doesn't use an email address that they can be contacted by but if your issue isn't something we can help you with with via here then they can be contacted via social media as there are links at the bottom of the page you can use to do this.

Don't think so I was offered a deal which is taking for ever to sort out the deal was offered on the 5th of December

Hi @Bibster- Did you accept immediately on the 5Th Dec? Most deals are only available on the spot.

Yes I did be he couldn't get the deal to go through due to technical issues on their side, and he said he would contact me when it when through, which he didn't. So I called sky again on the 17th and spoke to someone else and she said she could see the notes but would have to speak to her manager and she was meant to get back to me but she didn't...phoned a couple of other times but get passed around to lots of different persons who say they will sort but haven't as of yet ...this is why I want to contact someone via email if possible so they have all the details
