      <description>Absolutely disgusted that from 20th Nov till now, sky still havnt sorted my refund or adjusted my bill. And they still want me to pay my bill o clouding the portion that shouldn't be on it. DISGUSTING.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My point is, it's NOT being resolved. I've been lied too since the 20th November saying that they will sort it within 3 days. Oh and I've phoned them every week since then and get the same answer. In my book that is palming people off and hope they forget about it. Well I won't. Why should I. Different when they want money from customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They are now trying to say that the phone was not recieved back in its original state or there is something wrong with it, this was decided on the 27th of Nov yet never relayed back to me till today. If I didn't know better I'd say Sky are scamming me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
