&lt;P&gt;Did you make a manual payment on the 25th December and if so do you now see a credit on your account for the same amount because if you do&amp;nbsp;see this&amp;nbsp;then you will need to call Sky tomorrow to ask them to refund it then you are looking at 3-5 days for it to be refunded.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Manual payments are not needed because Sky will take it automatically from you via whatever payment details you have setup on your account. At this time&amp;nbsp;of year it isn't usual for the payments to be taken later as the banks do not process payments at the weekend or on bank holidays like Christmas, Boxing and New Years days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
