topic Sky add ons in Account & Billing

Our engineer encouraged us to add on sky cinema /sports and kids as it's free for two months and that it would be easy to cancel and you get a reminder. I've just recieved a very expensive bill and tried to remove these add ons via the product section but there is no option. I'm very upset this was sold to us as I do not want any of these add ons but we were told it was a simple cancellation process. There seems to be no direct or easy way to cancel online. Has anyone had this?

I'm not sure a reminder is actually a thing.

To remove a part of your TV package you now need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.

You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling in using the number that should appear.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/change-your-package-2-t2#downgrade
