&lt;P&gt;Unless your services have been restricted paying manually by a card is not needed as Sky should be able to be able to take it from you each month by whatever payment you have set up on your account.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Have you checked that this payment you made has actually gone onto your account as a credit and that it hasn't actually paid this bill ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It part of the T&amp;amp;Cs that you must have a regular payment setup so it doesn't have to be a direct debit as you can use a credit or debit card so Sky can take it automatically from you each month.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the money is shown as being taken then what shows here via your account:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As per &lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/227"&gt;@caesarome&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; post does it show as credit on your Sky account?&amp;nbsp; If not the above will apply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
