&lt;P&gt;Bills are created in advance so if you upgrade doesn't take place until next week then then you should see this new contract on your first available bill after the upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My broadband should've been upgraded on the 30th of this month. I have been charged for being out of contract yet I've signed up for a new contract at the beginning of the month. You're about to take £20 more a month out of my account&lt;/P&gt;</description>
