Can you send me the final itemised bill as a pdf as you have charge me but never sent me this so my new supply can pay it off for me

Just in general such schemes require you to pay any outstanding bill and then claim a credit with your new supplier. (Your new supplier cannot pay your Sky bill)

As noted above, you can download all your bills in pdf format from your account - this is all that Sky will provide.
