What is the compensation for? Usually, any compensation would appear as credit on your Sky account.

All the information about automatic compensation for broadband is available here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation

It details what circumstances will earn the compensation, how much will get paid and how it gets paid. Note it will take up to 30 days for the compensation to be credited to your account once the issue is resolved.
