Sky VIP rewards- transferring tickets

I have won tickets to a football match through sky vip rewards but I'm wanting to know if I can transfer the tickets to someone who is not the account holder. I was wanting to give them to my ex partner to take my son as they will enjoy it more than me. Does anyone know if this is possible? The terms and conditions it looks like it might be but then with them saying take ID, I then question if it is? I've tried getting through to sky but it's a nightmare as none of the options fit what I'm wanting to discuss so then I go round in circles.

I won something last week and was so excited I nearly cried but I've woken up today really unwell and I'm worried I won't be able to go. My boyfriend is looking forward to it and I was hoping he could still attend with a friend or his son/my stepson.
