If you agreed to this in November 2025, what do future bills show? The first couple of bills are usually greater because of the dates they cover.

am in contract until November 2027 for Sky Superfast 80.

When I signed up, I was told I would receive a 12-month promotional discount and my monthly charge would be around £23–£33.

However, I have been charged £47 per month and £59.61 previously, which does not match what was agreed.

Please investigate why the discount has not been applied, backdate the correct discount, refund or credit the overcharged amount, and confirm my correct monthly price and discount end date in writing.
