      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have a balance on my now closed account. I left sky 8 weeks ago. (Tv &amp;amp; BB) I Returned all equipment which has been confirmed as received. Still not received the outstanding credit back. Apartment from spending MORE of my time speaking to inadequate customer service what's the best way of getting my money?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for any help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
