I have received compensation from Sky which has been added to my account as credit, but I would prefer the money as a cash refund. How do I request this to be actioned?

It won't be 'cash'.

You could call Sky and ask about refunding to your bank but auto compensation is usually credited to your Sky Broadband/Talk account and used for future payments so don't be surprised if Sky say no.
