I joined yesterday at a kiosk in a shopping centre, the man assured me I could be referral codes could be used, as I had several friends that actually referred me, which I did explain and he said this was possible, but its not letting me

@Barbara_1 The referral codes can only be used when you physically place an order online , so is this what you are trying to do or did you actually place the order yesterday at the kiosk

if you did it yesterday at the kiosk the only way to use the code would be to cancel yesterday's order and start again online as codes cannot be applied retrospectively
