&lt;P&gt;When you return the equipment it is aways advisable&amp;nbsp;to keep the receipt&amp;nbsp;for at least 6 months as sadly you do have to prove that it has been returned but having the email will help you to do this so I would get in touch with them to let them know that while you do not have the tracking details you do have this thanks email from Sky.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;One other possible&amp;nbsp;thing, via your web browser&amp;nbsp;can you find the tracking on the royal mail website if you go through&amp;nbsp;your web browsers history or if you start to type in the royalmail.com address in the address bar ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned my sky broadband equipment through royalmail. I kept the receipt, as advised, until I received a confirmation email that my equipment was in its way to Sky, from Sky. Now they are charging me for equipment and asking for my tracking number. Surely they must have a tracking number to have sent this email. Now I dont't have the receipt anymore.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks caesarome.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They originally were insisting on a tracking number but have now agreed to drop the charges.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
