After that, I was afraid that you would have problems withdrawing money from my bank account again next month, so I followed the instructions on your website to make a prepayment, an advance payment, and transferred the money to you, a prepayment for the full amount of the next bill. But when it was time to pay, you withdrew the money from my account, since my bank account is working. Why did you withdraw the money if I made a prepayment and transferred the money to you manually? &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The T's and C's state you should have a direct debit or continuous card payment set up. You therefore never need to make a manual payment. Once the&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;planned payment&amp;nbsp;&lt;/U&gt;has been processed a credit should appear on your Sky account for the overpaid amount. I would suggest not making any manual payments unless requested to by Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The money was in my account, and the phone and electricity bills were automatically debited without any problems. I don't know what Sky did wrong that they couldn't charge me for the new internet and TV. I filled out all the information when I signed the contract.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
