I want to cancel sky cinema that was added by a technition when he visited It was a free 2 week trial but I don't want it. Please cancel now

@Sue013 you can't cancel via this public forum, I'm afraid. The simplest way to cancel is to give Sky a call. 31 days notice is required.

To remove a part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.

You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling in using the number that should appear.

I posted a question as to how I could cancel sky cinema as it showed up on my bill and I didm't request it, The feedback was to speak to someone at Sky. After finding a telephone number that actually put me through, a lady answereed immediately. what a shock that was!. Anyway she was most helpful and after I explained it would be a new contract as I had just got Sky Glass and I hadn't requested Cinema, she said it was no problem and would take it off immediately. I have since checked my bill and it has been removed. The reason for me posting this reply is for a change Sky have come up trumps!!.
