Tesco voucher issue!

I have been issued a £15 voucher for Tesco as we received an empty router box instead of the router we were expecting however I cannot get the voucher anywhere! I have received an email saying "your voucher is ready, click here" but it doesn't actually show anywhere!?!

Any ideas?? I really don't have the time to call Sky x

You will have to contact Sky about this so if you do not want to call you could always send them a message via social media as there are links at the bottom of this page you could use.

Thanks for your reply, will try that - such a pain in the bum that they are compensating me for something that has gone wrong and the compensation has also gone wrong!
