&lt;P&gt;Depending was on what remote it is it would be quicker to urchasebone elsewhere yourself as you can do this with Sky+ and Sky Q remotes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had this happen? - I requested a new remote but then got a text to say it couldn't be processed and to call the number on the text. So I did - it was a bot. Said it can see my order was requested but not yet processed yet. And that was it. I could not get any further to find out what has happened and I can't find any other number to call on here either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
