&lt;P&gt;What do you mean by an overcharge, do you mean you bill has increased by £67 because if so this will have happened if a discount you had on your account has ended as discounts do have an end date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I spoke to someone today at sky about the over charge of £67 being put on my bill I was assured that it would be taken off and that I only need to pay the £72 then it would update itself use have now taken the full amount out and have now taken my kids food moneyy shopping money hadn't came out yet and now I can't get anymore shopping for the month I need this refund ASAP this is disgusting behaviour use are now starving kids I don't have 3-5 days to wait for this sort of money and now my food shop will be cancelled I can't have this credited to my account on sky I need it refunded back to my bank</description>
