    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First post here &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help if you can?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently my sky mobile sim failed. When contacting sky I used my sons number to contact and receive details to get a new sim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Long story short, my phone is now up and running, but my OTP codes are all being sent to my sons phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone know how to get my number reassociated with my account so the OTP's come through to me again?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What OTPs are these so are they from your bank etc or is it everyone one you get is going to this wrong number ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The number OTP's are sent to are configured at the senders end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assuming you haven't enabled your number in your sons phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
