Changing bill without any communication from sky

My predicted bill for January February March has been increased by £18 without any communication from Sky.. my prices were agreed in July 2025 for a further twelve month period without change until July 2026

Renewal deals are normally for 24 months not 12. Perhaps one of the discounts was only for 6 months? Don't forget, we can't see your bills.

Hi @Stuart+Johnson That would have been your discounts do not change. As far as I am aware, Sky do not do fixed pricing, only discounts that equate to a minimum term.
