&lt;P&gt;The automatic refund process can take many weeks so you are best pf either calling or using social media to contact Sky about this as they should be able tor refund&amp;nbsp;the credit for you and then it should be with you with 5 working days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I left sky a number of weeks ago and have credit on my account. On accessing my account, it states credit will be deducted from my next sky bill but obviously I will not have any future bills. Why have sky not repaid this money that I am owed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
