&lt;P&gt;When you spoke to Sky did they say that they will refund it as usually it remains on the account until it has been used to pay future bills off. It should be refunded if you have left Sky so is this the case ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

On the 25th November my broadband was cancelled and I was told i would receive my balance credit as a refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since then I'm&amp;nbsp; in the process of rejoined sky for the price I can afford&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Refunds after cancelling generally take about 6 weeks to be reimbursed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Since then I'm in the process of rejoining sky for the price I can afford&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;That has possibly caused confusion with your account. It would have been easier if you'd just renegotiated a new 24 month discount. You'll need to persevere with contacting Sky and carefully explain the very unusual circumstances of your 'cancellation'.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure another thread will change things.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have active Sky services then they are unlikely to refund you.&amp;nbsp; (The credit will be used to pay bills first)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
