&lt;P&gt;If you have made a manual payment then that might&amp;nbsp;have been added to your account as a credit rather than paying that bill and if that has happened then that is why you are seeing&amp;nbsp;the message about an outstanding bill so what actually shows on your account regarding this:&lt;/P&gt;
