Feedback about Sky survery just completed

Feedback from a loyal and long-term customer,

I completed your survey "Have your say on the latest TV shows” but was so tempted to ditch it half way through. It is way too long if you do it properly and think about your answers (which is what I assume you want us to do) and not that I expected anything for it, it might have been nice to have been offered something, entry to a draw or something. Although I was happy to help, if another one comes out of the safe length I definitely will NOT be doing it. Hope this helps.

Hi @Shags92 Sorry, not our survey. We are just other customers in the community. The chances of Sky seeing your feedback are virtually zero (only the survey). Please see Welcome below for information about this community.

thank you, I didn't know that. Its impossible to contact them by email. Long time customer, just wondering with the wealth of choice out there whether its time to move on
