Account credit balance refund

I recently left Sky and my last bill is a credit of £35 but it shows as being towards my next bill, which of course there won't be having left. Is this refunded or do I need to spend time trying to contact sky to chase it

It can take weeks for it to be auto refunded so you would be best if calling Sky or using one of the social media links at the bottom of the page to get in contact with them about this. You should then have it back in your account within 5 working days..
