I've looked at my next predicted bill and it's £119 with loads of discounts taken from it so I'm presuming this will be my next bill regardless of the sky advisor telling me it would be £94. He didn't break the bill down for me so he can't add up or I'm being conned

My bill is different from the ones sky advisor quoted me over the phone. They said they could get my bill down to £94 a month but when I checked my bill the next day it was £119. I phoned them back and they said it could take up to a week for it to be correct. Have I been fobbed off or will this really happen? Has this happened to anyone else? And has it been rectified within a week?

Have you checked the date/s the bill/s cover? It may be over the usual month duration.
