&lt;P&gt;Instead of using cards are you able to provide direct debit deatils of your bank account instead to see if this works ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to purchase a couple of phone contracts through Sky Mobile. Each time I go through the process it's all fine, credit check passed etc, until I enter my card details and it says something went wrong with your payment. I have tried multiple cards and multiple ways (through the app, and on different browsers) and the same thing happens. Clearly there is an account level problem. Appreciate any help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In that case all you can do is to call Sky on 150 from a phone that has a Sky sim in it for help with this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
