&lt;P&gt;If you have the tracking details and you can show that you sent it off then that is your part done so there should be no charges added to your account. What might have happened if it has arrived and due to the fact the company that handles the returns can take up to 3 weeks to receive it into stock this charge has been added in error.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What you need to do is to contact Sky by calling them and giving them&amp;nbsp;the tracking details so they can see that it has been returned.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I was sent packaging to return my sky broadband kit, sent it back off and have received a message from Sky saying thank you for returning the equipment it is now with the courier. I have now received a charge on my account due to the parcel being lost?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
