      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having to cancel my TV package I'm still in contract and am aware there will be charges, My problem is that having recently had Tongue Cancer I shy away from using the phone, I can still speak but its a bit messed up, Surely there must be another way, whatever happened to live chat? Is that a thing of the past?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you could try using the messaging service to do this.&lt;/P&gt;
