    <description>&lt;P&gt;That didn't work unfortunately, I googled for the right number and then let the answer machine bot route me to a human.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have requested my refund there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the help everyone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Billed after contract termination</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was on sky broadband but cancelled and switched providers when they told me the new charge to stay on my broadband was going to be almost double.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did this a decent amount of time before the contract terminated and was informed as part of the "One Touch" system, my new provider would inform my old one and I wouldn't need to do anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well the new month came, sky were informed prior to my contract end that I had moved, I received multiple emails from sky that 'it was not too late you can still cancel your new provider and come back', so they knew I had cancelld but I was still charged, £56. This was on the 2nd of November. The charge appeared as pending so I didn't pursue earlier but it looks like the money has been removed from my account, and I wan't it back immeditaly as I won't be switching back currently.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What do future bills show?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Billing continues through a notice period and as bills are generated 14 days prior to a payment date it's quite normal that another bill payment will be required. Of course any overpayment will be reimbursed to you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you cancel then sign up to a new provider or use the swap service to move ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ultimately as you are now with another provider and you do not see a credit on your account you will have to speak to Sky about this to make sure that no further billing occurs and to get this overpayment refunded.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used the one touch swap service and did not cancel on my end as I trusted them not to overcharge me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="RP0_0-1764343068505.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/114776iDD49258E8F9FD620/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="RP0_0-1764343068505.png" alt="RP0_0-1764343068505.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shows the overpayment (on a default contract i did not agree to which is why it's higher) and next bill shows as 0 in that section.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried contacting sky but the web chat bot does not give me contact details or forward me to a human and instead repeatedly asks me to make a community post. How do I get a refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
