      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I didn't have money in my account when my bill tried to go through so I made a manual payment afterwards and then the next day I was charged again. Silly mistake but now I need a refund. How do I go about this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When you see a credit on your account for the manual payment you made then give Sky a call who should be able to refund it to you. It should then be refunded within 3-5 working days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
