Hi @NiallKane Nope, I'm afraid that it is only other customers here. The best deals are always made live, there is no guarantee that the deal will be available if not taken immediately.

Sky won't / can't contact you based on your post. Your Community log in name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you may have, so no one knows who you are anyway.

Are you 100% sure the first contact was really Sky and not scammers looking to obtain sufficient information to order expensive mobiles in your name?
